The Bookmark is a half hour program hosted by Executive Producer Christine Brown, Publicity and Advertising Manager at the Texas A&M University Press. This program features interviews with authors and reviews of publications from the Texas A&M University Press.
Babette Fraser Hale’s fiction has won the Meyerson Award from Southwest Review and was recognized among the “other distinguished stories” in Best American Short Stories, 2015. Her nonfiction has appeared in Texas Monthly, Houston City Magazine, and the Houston Chronicle. Her personal essay column appears regularly in the Fayette County Record. She lives in Houston and Winedale, Texas, with her large, and often muddy, dog.
